Abstract: Colorectal cancer is one of the commonly human malignant tumors.The effective treatment for this disease is still early finding and timely surgery now.Nutritional therapy of perioperative patients with colorectal cancer has great significance for ensuring the safety，enhancing recovery，and reducing the complications of the surgery.This article introduces firstly the epidemiological trend of colorectal cancer and then focuses on the interpretation on tools of nutritional screening and assessment，individualized strategy of nutritional therapy，the selection of enteral nutrients，and evaluations of specific nutrients for the perioperative patients with colorectal cancer.
