Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of direct anterior approach and minimally invasive SuperPath approach on THA of traumatic femoral neck fracture. Methods 240 patients with traumatic fracture diagnosed from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control groupp, with 120 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive technology superpath, and the control group was treated with direct approach. The operation time and intraoperative bleeding rate of the two groups were observed Blood volume, postoperative bed rest time, fracture healing time,Harris score, standing walking time, single leg standing test time,6min walking test distance and quality of life. Result There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume( between the two groups( P >0.05).The postoperative bed rest time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05).The Harris scores of patients at 7 days,1 month and 12 months were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.05).After treatment, the standing walking time of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the single leg standing test time and 6min walking test distance were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The physical pain, social function, mental health and overall health of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Minimally invasive THA surgery through superpath approach is adopted in patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture. The protective effect of joint capsule is good and the curative effect is remarkable.
