Abstract: Pancreas lymphatic epithepithetic cyst (PLEC) is a benign and rare lesion,characterized by a collection of benign keratinized squamous epithelial cells surrounded by lymphoid tissue,which is difficult to diagnose before surgery according to imaging studies.According to reports,the incidence of pancreas lymphatic epithepithesis cyst is about 0.5%,and its pathogenesis,clinical characteristics and diagnosis of PLEC are still unclear.The levels of PLEC tumor markers such as CEA and CA 199 May be elevated,with characteristics similar to malignant tumor lesions.
