Application scenarios and application techniques of digestive endoscopy assisted technology in laparoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal tumor

Abstract: With the rapid advancement and widespread adoption of laparoscopic technology,laparoscopic surgery has become the predominant surgical approach for treating gastrointestinal tumors.However,higher requirements have been put forward for the accurate intraoperative localization of some tumors,especially smallsized lesions that do not invade the serosal surface and submucosal tumors that grow within the cavity.While intracavity anastomosis technology offers several advantages,such as minimal incisions and a clear field of vision,its limitations in accurately assessing the anastomosis restrict the broader application of fully laparoscopic anastomosis techniques.Intraoperative endoscopy not only facilitates precise lesion localization and accurate tumor resection but also enables the assessment of anastomosis integrity following gastrointestinal reconstruction.This reduces the incidence of postoperative anastomosisrelated complications and enhances the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal tumors.
