Abstract: We report 2 male pediatric patients who developed right-sided diaphragmatic hernia 4 months after liver transplantation for biliary atresia.Emergency repair of the diaphragmatic hernia was performed,and both patients recovered and were discharged following symptomatic and supportive treatment.A review of the Chinese and English literature over the past decade was conducted to systematically collate and comparatively analyze the incidence,onset timing,location,surgical methods,complications,and prognosis of post-liver transplantation diaphragmatic hernia in children,so as to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
