摘要/Abstract

摘要： 达芬奇机器人微创外科手术系统（the Da Vinci single-site surgical platform，DVSSP）具有三维视野、操作灵活、震颤滤过等特点。随着在胃底折叠术、Heller肌切开术、减肥手术等手术中的应用，达芬奇机器人手术系统逐渐在胃癌治疗中开展，与腹腔镜手术比较，其在淋巴结清扫和消化道重建等方面更具优势，但其较长的手术时间和昂贵的费用仍有待解决，同时更多有关长期疗效的研究也需要进行。

Abstract: The Da Vinci single-site surgical platform (DVSSP) is the newly developing minimally invasive surgery system after laparoscope.It has 3D vision，flexible operation，tremor filtration and other advantages.Due to the successful application in the operation of gastric fundus folding，Heller myotomy and the weight loss surgery，Da Vinci robot surgical system is gradually being applied in the treatment of gastric cancer.Compared with laparoscopy，the robot system has advantages on the difficult problems like lymphadenectomy and digestive tract reconstruction，but its longer operation time and the higher cost of operation remains to be solved.At last，more research needs to be done on the long-term curative effect.
