A case of difficult access combined with persistent trigeminal artery aneurysm treated via a vransradial approach

Abstract: This article reports a case of an intracranial aneurysm with a persistent trigeminal artery and an exceptionally challenging transfemoral access.Stable access was successfully established via a transradial approach,followed by uneventful endovascular embolization of the aneurysm.The patient recovered well postoperatively.In neurointerventional surgery, when difficult access is encountered, the radial artery approach can be used as an alternative.
