Case of intra-abdominal aggressive fibromatosis originating from the stomach

Abstract: Aggressive fibromatosis is a low-grade malignant tumor characterized by excessive proliferation of fibroblasts and myofibroblasts,featuring infiltrative growth and a propensity for recurrence,though it rarely metastasizes.Intra-abdominal aggressive fibromatosis is extremely uncommon.This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of intra-abdominal aggressive fibromatosis,the importance of multidisciplinary team) management,and the central role of surgical resection as the preferred treatment modality.
