Abstract: Cushing's syndrome is an endocrine disorder caused by excessive levels of cortisol in the body,most commonly resulting from abnormalities of the adrenal glands or the pituitary gland.Its clinical manifestations are diverse and involve multiple organ systems,leading to a marked decline in patients’ quality of life.With the deepening understanding of this disease and continuous advances in diagnostic techniques and therapeutic approaches,early diagnosis and timely intervention have become increasingly important.This article aims to comprehensively review the etiology,diagnostic methods,and intervention strategies of Cushing’s syndrome,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
