Abstract: Perianal Paget's disease is a relatively rare cutaneous malignancy, accounting for less than 1% of all perianal diseases. The clinical manifestations of this disease mainly include symptoms such as eczematous changes, scarring, and erythema on the local skin, which often leads to misdiagnosis as a chronic skin disease. Currently, there are no clear treatment guidelines for this disease, and surgical resection remains the mainstream treatment method.

Key words: perianal Paget's disease; beneath anal canal cancer; extramammary Paget's disease
