摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文介绍一例奥美定，俗称聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(polyacrylamide hydrogel ，PAAG)注射隆胸术后并发HER-2阳性乳腺癌病例。乳房覆盖有硬质注射凝胶，分析认为PAAG注射可能改变乳腺微环境，增加HER-2阳性乳腺癌风险。早期乳腺癌的检测很困难，应加强此类病人乳腺监测。

Abstract: This article presents a case of HER-2 positive breast cancer that occurred after polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAAG) injection for breast augmentation.Due to the hard injection gel covering the breast,it is analyzed that PAAG injection may alter the microenvironment of the breast and increase the risk of HER-2 positive breast cancer.Therefore,early detection of breast cancer is very difficult.It is suggested to strengthen breast monitoring for such patients and provide early diagnosis and treatment.
