摘要/Abstract

摘要： 脂联素水平下降与乳腺癌发生风险增加及不良预后相关，但其在乳腺癌，尤其是三阴性乳腺癌（triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC）中的作用机制尚未得到系统阐明。本文综述脂联素与乳腺癌发生风险的流行病学证据，总结其在TNBC中调控肿瘤转移、代谢重编程及免疫微环境的研究进展，探讨脂联素参与乳腺癌发生发展的潜在机制，为代谢-免疫靶向干预策略的研究提供依据。

关键词: 脂联素；三阴性乳腺癌；机制研究

Key words: Decreased adiponectin levels have been associated with an increased risk of breast cancer and poor prognosis.However,the underlying mechanisms of adiponectin in breast cancer,particularly in triple-negative breast cancer,have not been systematically elucidated.This review summarizes the epidemiological evidence linking adiponectin to breast cancer risk and highlights recent advances in the regulatory roles of adiponectin in TNBC,including tumor metastasis,metabolic reprogramming,and the tumor immune microenvironment.The aim of this review is to explore the potential mechanisms by which adiponectin participates in the development and progression of breast cancer and to provide a basis for future studies on metabolism-immune targeted therapeutic strategies.
