摘要/Abstract

摘要： 免疫细胞与肿瘤进展及治疗密切相关。单细胞转录组测序 (single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq) 已广泛应用于解析肿瘤浸润免疫细胞的生物学行为、机制及其与机体的关系。scRNA-seq能全面剖析肿瘤浸润免疫细胞并促进临床个体化精准治疗。

关键词: 单细胞转录组技术；免疫细胞；肿瘤

Abstract: Immune cells are closely related to the progression and treatment of tumors.Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is widely used in analyzing the biological behavior,mechanisms,and relationship between tumor-infiltrating immune cells and the body at the single-cell level.The Results show that scRNA-seq can comprehensively dissect tumor-infiltrating immune cells and promote personalized and precise clinical treatment.
